The new Villa Feyrouz (FEY) boasts a bright and open layout, bathed in natural light and fresh air. Its modern and cheerful décor, with vibrant colors, offers breathtaking views from the Grand Cul-de-Sac.
Villa Feyrouz is a high-end rental ideal for groups of friends. Each guest enjoys their privacy. The Sibarth concierge service is available to create unique and memorable experiences, such as a private chef or surf lessons, tailored to your desires.
A few steps below the parking lot, the ground floor includes a bright and open living space with high ceilings, a modern kitchen, a terrace and a heated swimming pool.
Behind the living room, on the ground floor, are two bedrooms. Two further bedrooms are accessible via a staircase connecting the living room to the dining room. These four bedrooms offer the same size and amenities, including king-size or European king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers.
The fifth bedroom is a fully equipped, self-contained studio located a few steps above the parking area. It also includes a European king-size bed and a bathroom with a rain shower, as well as a private terrace with a jacuzzi and kitchenette.
This villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, nor is it suitable for children under 10 years old.
